Guests:  General Members and Attendees to events.

**Thane:  Voting members who have gone through sponsorship and have a voice in how the Clan is run.

Karl:  Voting members who have taken on additional responsibilities within the Clan and its members.

Jarl: Host of monthly gatherings.  Runs membership meetings prior to gatherings.

Elders:  

Founders:  The four original members.
